So before we dive in any deeper, let me tell you what to expect from reading this letter. There will be no fluff, or no filter whatsoever here, this letter is a long-overdue, no B.S, desperately needed, anti-hype summary of what’s being regarded as one of the Greatest Property Investment Opportunities Since The 1930’s Great Depression!

It’s funny you know at first I was petrified of investing overseas. It all just seemed too hard and way too risky. Well, that was the story I kept telling myself anyway. And typically the story you tell yourself overrides and trumps anything else yes even hard cold facts!
So what stopped me years ago from investing in the US market?
Let me explain: I first stumbled upon the US Property fire sale a while back. I was shocked and amazed when I heard about properties that were once $250,000 being sold for a measly $40,000. I remember thinking “Really?? There must be a catch”
Let me tell you what stopped me…
1.What if I buy a property for $50,000 US, in a good area, like Phoenix Arizona and the next year it plummets to $25,000?
2.What if I end up buying in a ‘gang area’, or my property manager cannot collect the rental for whatever reason, and I end up losing my property?
3.What if the property that I purchase has a debt registered against it that I didn’t know about and I end up losing it? (The lending system is completely different over there)
4.What if I buy in an area like down town Detroit and suddenly the entire area becomes a ‘ghost town’, with no one to rent to?
For me, they were valid reasons, don’t you think? The problem was my lack of knowledge was the REAL risk… Not the actual investment on the table!
In hindsight if I had dug a bit deeper with a “solution-mindset” and not a “problem-mindset” then the game would’ve swung totally in my favour and I’d be sitting on a bunch more cash-flow-positive properties right now!
But don’t worry, no pity-party needed for me (thanks anyway) because, what I’m about to share with you is EASILY the most exciting property opportunity I’ve EVER seen in 20 years!! And believe me, you don’t want to watch this parade go by.
Remember knowledge is the key here! Sorry to be more specific the “right” knowledge (and no half truths). I can sum it up best with this quote from the late Jim Rohn:
“Success happens when opportunity meets preparedness”
When it comes to “opportunity” – this is a rare and time-sensitive gap in the market when all the “ducks are lined up”. But, I believe, only the properly prepared (educated) investors will make the most of this opportunity.

For most people, objections like the ones above are generally fueled and supported by local real-estate agents, drama-junkie, journalists, or “well-intentioned” family or friends.
Too harsh? Maybe but I’m sure you DON’T want the watered down version, so I’ll press on. Think about this, if someone tries to talk you out of an opportunity stop and ask yourself “Do they have an underlying intention here?”
Humour me for a second. Let’s bring the local real-estate agent to the table, shall we? Do you think, just maybe, they might want you to buy locally instead? Hmm….
Or what about the newspapers? Could it be, oh, I don’t, know they might want to sell more newspapers? Heavens forbid, surely not! And I’m sure you’ve seen enough evening news-docos to sniff out the predictable conspiracy slants. Bad news sells. That’s the priority.

So yes, achieving great results in life will require you to go against the grain, so to speak.
