Self-made millionaire and best-selling author Jamie McIntyre is putting his passion for the importance of financial literacy programs in our schools into action with the 21st Century Youth Summit: What I Didn’t Learn at School but Wish I Had.
To be held on Monday 7 December at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, this free conference will provide the opportunity for high school students to learn the tools for life, including financial awareness, job seeking skills and grooming and presentation skills. The day will include sessions with successful business owners, TV personalities and public figures, including self-made millionaire Jamie McIntyre, 2008 Olympic Gold medallist Lara Davenport, 7 time Ironman Champion Ky Hurst, Bollywood actress and presenter Tania Zaetta, inspirational speaker Perry Cross and Jodie Bache-Mclean, Director of June Dally-Watkins as well as an Ed Hardy celebrity fashion show.
With free attendance and lunch for all high school students included, this summit represents the opportunity for them to learn and discover all the knowledge they’ll need to succeed and flourish. Additionally, each student attending will receive copies of Jamie’s best-selling books, ‘What I Didn’t Learn at School but Wish I Had’, ‘What I Didn’t Learn from Google but Wish I Had’ and ‘Think and Grow Rich in the 21st Century’ as well as going in the running to win a drive with Jamie in his Ferrari during the day.
