Why I came up with Share Renting?

The reason almost a decade ago I invented the terminology “share renting”, was because I wanted to teach everyday people one of the most profitable and realistic strategies that exist in the market today and to enable the average Australian to replace their income within months.

The concept had been around for some years before I discovered it but so few people had heard of it let alone use this brilliant investment strategy. It was basically reserved for the rich, sophisticated investors.

Actually, people such as Rupert Murdoch make millions many months of the year by using the share renting strategy so I thought if it worked for the super wealthy then it could work on a small scale for the average investor.

10 years ago if you asked someone have you heard of renting shares and people would have said renting what?

You must be confused with renting property.

I mean not even most stock brokers knew about the strategy.

Actually some are still ignorant about it today.

The reason I termed it share renting is I knew if I couldn’t come up with laymen terms for the strategy most people would think it’s too complicated and difficult and not even get started with it.

So I knew that if I could explain it in a simple way then the average person could grasp it, often within a few hours of learning the strategy and then within a matter months in many cases see $500, $1000 or more coming into their bank account.

In other cases $2,000 ,$5000 and upwards of $10,000 per month, enough for many to no longer have to rely on their full time income and many then looked into freeing up their lifestyle.

There is two ways to make money:

1. Is working for money i.e. like a salary job.

2. Is having your money work for you.

And Renting Shares is one of the simplest ways to get ones money working instantly for you.

Actually the most I’ve ever made has been $86,000 in a month and often $50,000 a month.

So I’m a big believer in the strategy.

The most common thing I was always told by excited seminar attendees of mine was when I taught them how easy to rent shares really was.

“Do you mean I could have been renting my shares for years?”

And:

“How come no one has ever told me about it?”

The answer to the first question is yes and to the second is because before the terminology of Share Renting was created by me few people could explain the strategy in laymen’s terms thus it was kept a secret pretty much as a result by default.

Since creating the terminology and now teaching Australians the strategy for the last decade it has now become a mainstream strategy.

Actually now you’ll hear many people and lecturers using my terminology and referring to Renting Shares.

However I must add I teach it in such a way that it is combined with several strategies and this is why the people that have followed my Share Renting Techniques have consistently outperformed the market.

So be wary of just learning Share Renting from anyone.

As if they don’t understand the way I teach it then the results won’t be nearly as good.
